Under her consultations you can feel the magic of healing regarding your various types of ailments. Masers and masseuses are available under Dr. Perera’s patron. There is the opportunity to take individually designed Ayurveda treatment under the supervision of Dr. Janakee Perera and her experienced team of therapists. To make this possible the one world foundation has entered a cooperation agreement with the "Littoral Hospital". The 5,000 year-old philosophy of Ayurveda is based on the belief that the five elements, air, ether, fire, water and earth, make life possible and are behind all mental, spiritual and physical processes. These elements are present in the whole cosmos as well as in each individual cell of our bodies. Ayurveda distinguishes three bio-energies made up of the five elements. The bio-energy VATA is made up of air and either, PITTA consists of fire and a little water and KAPHA is a combination of earth and water. These three bio-energies must be in harmony to ensure our physical and mental well-being.
An experienced team of therapists offer the opportunity for individually planned Ayurveda therapy. You can request the respected physician, Dr. Janakee Perera to make a pulse diagnosis to draw up a therapy schedule with the appropriate diet, prepared by our cooks. Your meal plan must be change in order to doctor’s prescriptions for better success.
